A club-house and a swimming pool are planned to be built on the corner next to lot 4 and across the maintenance building. It will provide a simple yet elegant and secure location for gatherings of owner's family and friends.

Most developments in Nicaragua are done in a piecemeal fashion with lots sold before the primary infrastructure is in place and with little or no architectural controls.
